This software tool is a complete office productivity suite and includes an editor, a presentation maker and a spreadsheet application.
Kingsoft Office 2012 Professional includes Kingsoft Writer, Spreadsheets and Presentation. It is very easy to deploy the software to client computers in your Enterprise or Organization. Kingsoft Office is a software solution for creating, editing and viewing various office documents. The document formats thus created are compatible with MS Office versions 2003 and 2007. With this set of applications you would be able to work exactly as if you were using the MS suite of products. When trying to decide if you should use this product, it is best to checkout all the standard documents you use with this tool and make sure there are no issues. You should be able to Open, Save and Create Office Document without difference in style and layout with the more famous set of applications.
Kingsoft Office 2012 provides additional functions (over the MS Office applications) such as built-in PDF conversion, document tab Switching, a range of printing choices, cross reference and integrated Google search toolbar, etc. The tool offers high level of encryption and that would prevent documents to be copied, modified, altered or printed. Besides the added functionality with the Writer, discussed above, the presentation tool offers a double screen mode that shows the speaker’s view of the presentation as well as the actual presentation view on two different monitors. Similarly the spreadsheet offers a range of functions and array formulas which help you manage, analyze and calculate data easier and faster. It provides eight types of RC4 encryption. This can prevent your document from being copied, modified, or printed to a great extent. Overall, it is a nice tool that you can consider for using in place of the MS Office.
